Nancy J Iadeluca

Nancy is a highly experienced family law lawyer. She was called to the bar in 1988 and has restricted her practice to family law for over 35 years.

She advises and represents clients with respect to litigation, domestic contracts, complex property and trust issues. She consults on estate planning and corporate re-structuring involving Family Law Act implications, with a view to preserving generational wealth.

Nancy is a past president of the Toronto Lawyer’s Association. She has over 10 years experience as a dispute resolution officer at the Toronto Superior Court of Justice.

Nancy holds a combined degree in Civil and Common Law from McGill University. She was an associate lawyer in the litigation department at McMillans (formerly McMillan Binch) from 1990 to 2000. She was a partner at Epstein Cole LLP before embarking on her own practice in 2011.
